About the Space

Our beautiful sky lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A partial kitchen makes this space ideal for events that utilize catering. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, clubchairs, and tables Partial kitchen includes - ice-maker, microwave, sink, large island and bar stools Dining table with seating Decorative accent lighting Fully private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. We offer guest parking in our parking garage via the Park Mobile App, for your guests. Street parking is also available in the area. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Wow! This space was stunning. Our quests were very impressed. The views were amazing! Host and concierge provided superb support. Location was perfect and the paid parking garage made parking and accessing the bldg easy for our guests. Parking via ParkMobile app was free if you only needed 2 hrs. So that worked out great for those who couldn’t stay the full length of the event. Parking rate beyond 2 hrs was extremely reasonable compared to other garages. Lots of our guests asked for the venue’s contact information for future booking. We were extremely pleased with everything!

No, I would not book again.

The space was over priced and not worth the $400/hr. rate. The furniture in the space was dirty with stains and cheap, some chair legs were loose and flimsy. The refrigerators were grimy. The views were mediocre at best. The space is located in Potomac West so you're overlooking Reagan Natl. Airport, Potomac Yard and the flat suburbs of Alexandria. The only iconic landscape you can see is the Masonic National Memorial. There are also no restaurants or coffee shops in the vicinity. Looking for breakfast and lunch for the crew was difficult. If the space were priced at something more reasonable, I'd be less inclined in giving this kind of review.

Yes, I would book again.

This place is sooo amazing. I was proud to see how my guests loved the place and still talking about the view of the Potomac river, the city, the lounge design and location. FYI. The only thing it was tight the logistics since I could not find a place to stock decoration just a few hours before the event. I understand it is the policy. But I think if the management could manage to have a small space that could allow people to leave decoration and some materials, equipment for the room settings a few hours before the event or the time booked, it would have been easier on hosts. Besides of that, it is a perfect location for special events.

The Sky Lounge is purely amazing! The beautiful views and amazing sunlight coming into the space for our panel brunch event was absolutely something to remember for a long time. This being my 7th annual event and the first time I've hosting in the greater DMV area, this space was a pleasure and a highly recommend.

Just WOW!!! Very spacious! The ambience is amazing! The cost is economical! We had an awesome time, just needed more time! We did not want to go home.
