About the Space
This is a rad space that is ideal for photo shoots or intimate, creative meetings. The space is a freestanding bungalow with a rad 70s hanging fireplace and gorgeous hardwood floors throughout. We have a lovely patio space to enjoy the sunshine, a sunny white bedroom and a loft room with a XGIMI Halo projector for screenings. It's very private and quiet, but centrally located, walkable to Timeless Coffee and other great spots on Piedmont Ave, as well as the Mountain View Cemetary. MacArthur Bart is less than a mile away. Bookings are up to four people, after four it's an additional charge of $25/per person.

Parking description
There is space for one car to park on the property and another car can pull in for load in. There is ample street parking.
General Rules
No smoking on the property.
Please use coasters on the vintage marble coffee table.
Outside catering is allowed.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We hire someone to thoroughly clean between bookings and provide disinfecting wipes for surfaces.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
