About the Space

The space is modern, with laminate floors, contemporary furniture, lots of natural light and movable elements. The location is in the Marina, with lots of restaurants, stores, gyms and bars. A loading dock is available as well as public parking in the building and elevators. Large conference room is separate and available with advanced notice. Watercooler, kitchen area with fridge, microwave, etc., and Wi-Fi. The space is great for video productions and can accommodate a crew of up to 12 members. For sit down meetings the ideal number is no more than 8.

  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
