All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This elegant, private townhouse is centrally located just off of Park Avenue in one of New York City’s most beautiful neighborhoods. Welcome your guests into a space with warm historic charm. This residence/showroom space boasts a modern, elegant aesthetic with a classic blend of traditional and new. The available areas for short term rental are 450-480 square feet per room and include the ground floor office space with individual work stations, a first floor showroom, and a second floor landing, office and sitting room. Amenities include air conditioning, private meeting space with large meeting table, bathroom, high speed internet, printer/scanner, passenger elevator, built in shelving for product showcase, and flexible spaces that can be arranged to fit specific needs. We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental agreements. Short stroll from all of Murray Hill's great shopping, dining and entertainment. General Rules
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is $200, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Floors must be covered with ram board or other similar material or booties worn. Any place where equipment will be on the floor must be covered first. Lighting, camera, sound equipment must have protective covers on the feet. Tables should be covered if used for equipment. Elevator may be used for equipment only, in order to protect the floors going up the stairs. All people/talent should use the stairs only.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

It was such a beautiful space in Murray Hills! Our host was so nice, and made sure our team have the information we needed for the photoshoot. She also told us precautions in advance, so we worked out things more comfortably. The stairs were especially beautiful and the furniture and the harmony of the room was amazing. Highly recommended!!
