A country experience in the middle of the city! Our 10-acre farm has the space and flexibility to hold -- • Outdoor classes - yoga, creative writing, art, internet safety, archery, photography...and more! • Large gatherings - parties, vendor fairs, kids' camps • Weddings - ceremonies and/or reception Our spacious covered concrete area measures 108’x47’. Outside vendors are welcome to bring in tables, chairs, lighting, and backdrops. We have many friendly animals, including horses, peacocks, cows, sheep, goats, and chickens. What's your vision? We can help! Our pricing does vary for small classes, parties, and weddings. GROUPS OF 25 PEOPLE OR LESS: Classes - $50/hour Parties - $250 for two hours, $400 for four hours **For groups of 25+ people, the price will increase depending on the number of guests; we also require that you rent a portable bathroom. We have a luxury farmhouse bathroom available for $100 or you can rent from your own vendor. WEDDINGS **Classic Package - $500 for four hours. Includes our covered event space. You are required to reserve our onsite luxury farmhouse bathroom or secure a portable restroom vendor. **Premiere Package - $1500 for ten hours (includes luxury farmhouse bathroom and pasture for the ceremony) PLEASE NOTE: Due to the popularity of our space for weddings. We require a 50% non refundable deposit to hold your date. Horses are available for photoshoots.
