About the Space
Enjoy a cozy-chic and stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Just 10 mins from Washington DC or Maryland. This space is known for making guest feel warm, welcomed and right at home! Unwind and enjoy the amenities and scenic view. CELL PHONE WITH INTERNET ACCESS IS NECESSARY FOR THIS BOOKING. There is off street and on street parking. Guest will be provided a parking pass for their stay (1-car only). If guest have more than one car they can park in the "Guest Parking" spaces near the office or on the street.

Parking description
We offer Visitor Parking at the top of the complex. We also have an exclusive parking pass for a designated parking spot as well. The complex also offers off-street parking.

Lighting description
Windows are large almost floor to ceiling with skyline view. We do have shades, but are not completely black out. Window is next to Green wall with neon lighting. TV and Bar has neon lighting as well. It is brighest between 8am-3pm. It begins to get dark or the sun tends to set around 6pm
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
During the day time neighbors are mostly not home, so it is pretty quiet. Neighbors tend to come home between 6-8pm. You can only hear the street if you open the windows. No noisy appliances.

We do have regular and freight elevators, as well as, stairs. No ramp is required at entrance.

Any rules not adhered to will be reported to Peer Space and will be considered grounds for ending of your reservation immediately.

Additional Rules:
-No children under the age of 6. Home is not child-proofed. Children need to be old enough to not need cabinet locks, stair gates, etc.
-No third-party reservations
-No booking on behalf of another person
-The reservation must list the number of people and ages who will be sleeping in the house. No additional guests are allowed to sleep in the house
-No loud music
-No smoking or vaping inside the house
-No fireworks. No open flame candle burning inside the house

Furniture and decorations may be moved
No wall decor can be removed or moved at all. Furniture can be moved, but must be put back exactly as pictured.

We have 3 cameras that are visible. One near the TV in the living room, one located in out kitcken and one in our office.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

We have hired a licensed professional cleaner to sanitize the entire property, and clean all soft and hard touch areas
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
