About the Space
Studio A's Product Photography Room features 3 backdrops as well as natural lighting. This room is ideal for tabletop product photography or any kind of close range photography. Additional lighting as well as a product photography turntable can be added via the "add-on" feature.

2 spaces available in front with 1 handicap space as well as 4 additional parking spaces behind building.
General Rules
A few house rules:
-Stay off the cyc wall, no skateboards, scooters, roller blades, bicycles (Off vertical transitions, if any of those are needed as props for your job we can make exceptions, lets talk) *CYC Wall comes to AS-IS (Studio A) If you wish it to be repainted for your booking, please request in advance. The repainting fee is $50.
-Please clean up after yourselves, multiple trash cans available and dumpster on site.
-Rental comes with access to your space plus amenities, someone will be on site at all times during your shoot if you have any trouble shooting
-Use of on-site power tools (saws, drills, etc) are prohibited for use, unless otherwise specified
-No drugs, alcohol, or smoking inside of building -No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances.
-A studio manager will be onsite during your shoot and will be available to answer questions you may have. -No nudity allowedWe are

We have a few security cameras in our Studio. One in the main entrance and 1 in the hallway.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Each space is cleaned/disinfected prior to guests arriving!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
