All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
The Black out studio is a 20x24 open space with many hangable backdrop options: GREEN SCREEN --- RED VELVET--- BLACK---- WHITE as well as lots of great nooks and crannies for shooting interviews. We also have lots of props as well as wardrobe on sight. we have lighting for rent as well. back your vehicle up to our small garage door and load in easily! The studio was original built as a film studio and then turned into a audio recording studio as well. Its capable of recording a full band live with options to stream live to the internet with our super-high-speed internet. the other area is a lounge with edit bay/ recording suite its roughly 400sqft. with some great little sections for interview backdrops

Its rural and its a sound studio. the 20x24 ft. room is double insulated with rock wool and has a cloth ceiling. there is absolutely no echo in this room. its so dead your ears will feel it!
