Hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray, and paper towels are available on site. There is also a PhoneSoap unit there that you may use to safely sanitize your mobile devices via UV light. Bookings are spaced out to allow for thorough cleaning between bookings.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Private studio in North Jersey ideal for photo shoots and video work. Space features beautiful natural light, one wall with exposed brick, hardwood-look floors, a green velvety couch and mustard-colored faux leather recliner. Equipment (backdrops and supports, C-stands, 600w strobe and transmitter, Apurture LED, light modifiers, etc.) can be rented for an additional fee. Bathrooms are located down the hall. Street parking on Main Street is free, but with a two-hour limit; metered parking on side streets. Coffee shop and plenty of good eats within walking distance too.

Parking description

Street parking on Main Street is free, but with a two-hour limit. Turn onto any of the side streets, and you’ll find metered parking (via ParkMobile app). Go down maybe two or three blocks away from Main Street and street parking becomes available (without meters or the two-hour limit).

Lighting description

Two large windows facing NE. Natural light can be controlled via a V-Flat in the studio. Around noon is when its brightest in the space.

Ambient noise description

It's pretty quiet in the building, but you can hear neighbors from time to time. How busy is Main Street? Average. Occasionally, you can hear the heat kick on, but otherwise, there aren't any noises from appliances/AC.

Equipment loading description

No loading zone or ramps, but there is street parking right in front of the building on Main Street. Alternatively, the street behind the building (Plane Street) has barely any traffic and loading via the back door + elevator might be easier if there's a lot of gear. However, the back door to the building (on Plane Street, the ground floor is floor #1) opens only from the inside. Someone will need to enter the front of the building (on Main Street, the ground floor is actually floor #3) and use the elevator to go from floor 3 to floor 1 and prop the back door open for loading.

General Rules

• no smoking • no microwave, mini fridges, or space heaters • no pets (velvet couch, hardwood floors) • be respectful of others working within the building (play music, but not on full blast)

Furniture can be moved within the space or into the hallway, but cannot leave the floor.

Security cameras and recording devices

There is a Ring Cam in the main studio space, above the doorway, to monitor lighting equipment on site.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
