About the Space

1. Dance, Music Videos, Class/Teaching, Photography, General Filming 2. Custom designed stone wall cut in ancient mosaic style. 3. Black floor and ceiling to better reflect colorful lighting 4. Large mirrors on one side of the wall. 5. Bathroom in the back that can be used as a large dressing room. 6. Lounge area in the back with couch and a fridge to store cold drinks. 7. Storage self to safely store equipment. 8. We have customized lighting in the back that changes every few weeks. This means that each design only as a limited time to be booked because they change. 9. Space comes with light stands and front LED panel lighting options for shooting a video. 10. Built-In Bluetooth audio: Eskin BT-Adapter.

Parking can be found around the perimeter of the larger building complex. Streets include Cambridge St, Braintree St, and Wilton St. The parking is free for up to 2 hours. There are additional metered parking on Harvard Avenue, including a public parking lot on Harvard Avenue next to a store called Blanchard's.

General Rules

1. No smoking at anytime 2. No alcohol at anytime. 3. Maximum 23 people (not including staff). 4. Do not use a fog machine as this will trigger the smoke detectors. 5. Clean up after yourself and put equipment back as you found them. 6. Please be respectful of the hardwood floor and wear appropriate shoes.

Security cameras and recording devices

There are 3 Wi-Fi-enable security cameras, one that monitors the main studio space, one that monitors the downstairs studio space, and one that back space. All three are operational at all times.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We regularly wipe down all areas in the studio and the backroom in between appointments. There is a bottle of hand sanitizer when you enter for you to disinfect. All people need to be masked while in the studio and sanitize upon entering.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Space was as advertised - a fun, well lit space for dance practice. The wall mounted bluetooth speakers for music were definitely appreciated. Would book again. Communication was clear and host was available by phone while we were there.
