About the Space

This is a highly walkable area near the Red Line with access to 15 bus lines. There is an array of restaurants, a pharmacy, a DMV and a shopping center all within a blocks distance. There’s lots of sunlight in the space itself but can be blocked out using blinds and curtains. It’s a chic modern decor with pops of color. It’s an open area where the kitchen and living room run together There is an outdoor pool with a grill station and bar area that can be utilized in warmer months. I can provide pictures upon request The couple in the shot were my first guests who used the space to get ready for the Bridgerton Experience that was taking place 5 min from my home.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Annette was such an amazing host! I needed space to get ready for the Bridgeton experience & booked with her. She offered refreshments and helped out with anything that was needed. Would Totally recommend booking with her!
