COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We use Lysol and Method cleaners to wipe down the entire office space. There is a janitorial team that cleans every Thursday evening.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Located in downtown Spokane our creative office space and separate lounge area perfect for photo shoots, meetings, workshops, podcasting, etc. The suite itself is decorated with a modern city vibe and the building has old historic charm, dating back to the late 1910. The shared kitchen lounge is available to anyone who rents this space. Features include: - Neon Light Sign + Modern Decorations - Write On Black Chalkboard Walls - Fake grass + Many Plants - Extra Large Projector Screen - Vintage Microwave + Mini Fridge in Lounge 1 - Large Fridge, Kitchen Sink + Table Setting in Lounge 2 - 2 Separate Bathrooms (All Gender Bathrooms) - Dog Kennel For Small Dogs - Podcasting Equipment - Microphone + Speaker Equipment For Presentations Located under La Rue's on 2nd Ave in downtown Spokane. When it's not being rented out, it is used as the office space for The Balcony, a graphic design agency.

There is a parking lot right next to the building. It is $6 per day to park.

Lighting description

There are 2 large windows in the smaller suite and 1 window in the large suite. The smaller suite is very bright and includes studio track lighting. The larger conference room has less natural light and is more dim.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The building stays very quiet majority of the time. There are a few other tenants in the building and they can be heard occasionally. If you need the space to be absolutely quiet, I can let the other tenants in the building know ahead of time. Accommodations can be made.

We have a large staircase and an elevator.

This rental includes 2 spaces - one small suite and one larger conference room.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

The 3rd floor above me and any other rooms outside of the 2 conference rooms you're renting are off limits.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

General Rules

• No smoking in the building. • Must stay in suite unless otherwise specified. • Clean Up After Yourself • Do not move furniture • Do not steal items from suite.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

You can move anything in the space, as long as you leave the space looking as it did when you arrived. You will be responsible for any damages to the furniture or decor in the form of a monetary fine.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed
