COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We have a professional cleaning that cleans the unit after each guest.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

Chic modernly designed Tiffany inspired two-story loft. Centrally located mid rise in the city's most vibrant neighborhood that's only 10 mins from Buckhead and 5 mins from Downtown. This space is great for photoshoots and content videos that will help in growing your brand. This space can also be used for small gathering at the discretion of the host.

General Rules
House rules: Please read each of the rules carefully in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out. Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests. Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be. Noise: Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours as this is not a hotel but a residence. Please try to avoid making any loud noise between 11 pm and 8 am to not disturb the neighbors. In case of any disputes or neighbor complaints, it’s your duty to notify us as soon as reasonably practicable. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood. Guests are responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with these House Rules.
