All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Located in the Expo Park historic district just outside downtown, our modern event space features beautiful natural light and polished concrete floors. With a sleek, industrial vibe, the space features 15 foot ceilings, four bays of huge 10 foot windows, light filtering curtains, cool designer furniture including a couch, chairs, stools and vintage two-step ladder. Come have your next event in this inviting space near Deep Ellum.

No nudity (full or partial). Lingerie is fine.

No body oils, lotions or creams on furniture and backdrops.
No fire or fireworks (unlit candles ok).
No cake smashing.
No loud music.
No affixing anything to walls including nailing, taping or hanging.

I have a studio in shreveport where I’m from but had a client needing me in Dallas. So, of course I needed a studio that would give me the same look as mine back home. Brian’s space is even better than advertised. It’s so clean & modern & the props & backdrops are not only so cute & modern but are easy to access. Brian also gave us our space so that we could do our thing. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Brian!
