Regarding noise, to be precise, on weekends we limit the noise to 90 decibels before 11 pm, and 80 decibels after 11 pm. During the week the cutoff is 10 pm. It's a $250 fine for noise above these levels for 10 minutes, and a $500 fine for noise above these levels for 20 minutes. You will be notified if you're exceeding these levels. After that we reserve the right to evict you from the space. For reference, a dinner party is around 60-70 dB, a party is 70-80 dB, and a loud party is 80-90 dB. *No Dj's, Live Performance, or outside sound systems/speakers allowed unless they are bluetooth and cell-phone sized. *No candles, open flames, or canned fuel allowed. *No cooking fish or seafood *Private invite only not to exceed our stated capacity. Address and private events cannot be advertised using social media, flyers, etc. *We provide our guests with two trash bags containers. Guests are required to put all trash in bags and leave the space ready for professional cleaning. Balloons must be popped and thrown away or brought home. *Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed at 2 times the standard rate. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. *All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time. This means you should figure in the time you need for setup in the beginning and cleanup at the end into your booking. *Absolutely no glitter or confetti can be used *No smoking tobacco allowed, you are welcome to smoke outside. There will be a $500 fine for smoking tobacco in the unit or excessive smells. *For damage - We understand accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. You will be charged by Peerspace with the credit card you have on file for all damages. *Please respect your neighbors, control your noise levels, and keep the party inside of the rental unit. Bringing the party outside is strictly forbidden. *Please do not tape anything to the walls or floor unless you're using blue painter's tape. Any other tape will damage the walls and will be charged to you. * ON SITE CATERING/BARTENDER require copy of license and insurance. *Use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. *Firearms are strictly prohibited.
