Bright, Homey Event Space with Sleeping Loft

[please note the link to the 3D tour below] Spacious, open, and modern, this loft space is ideal for smaller events (50 people or less). It has a full kitchen and seating for 17 with an extra four folding chairs and a folding table on site. It includes a 75" TV and has an optional projector with a 120" screen. The rental is for the first floor only unless you pay an overnight fee of $275. To stay overnight simply book your reservation until midnight and we will add fee on top of that. Check-out is by 10 am the next day. A few things we don't allow: -taping things to the walls (it will damage them) unless you use painter's (blue) tape, -cooking seafood (it stinks the place up for days), and -things like glitter or confetti as they're very difficult to clean, -Loud music or external speakers *There will be an extra charge for any damage or excessive cleaning that includes the aforementioned items.* The calendar is up to date so if it let's you inquire about a date then that date is available. There is no set-up time allowance; you won't have access to the space until your reservation starts, so if you need time to set up you will need to include that in your reservation. There is no dedicated parking with the unit but the street right in front of the space (Ashland) has free parking 24 hours a day. WIFI network and password can be found on the router attached to the joist across from the bathroom entrance on the first floor.
