About the Space
This sun-filled, modern home is the perfect space for your personal event, photoshoot and videography needs. Our space has high ceilings, modern design, streaming light. Get some fresh air on the entertainment-sized covered outdoor deck with fireplace. The open, 1200 sq ft main floor contains the kitchen, living and dining areas and a half bath. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove with fume hood and oven, an automatic espresso maker, and all the other typical appliances and cookware. We also have glassware and dishware, though it's for a family of three, so you will want to provide your own for larger gatherings. The living room has a gas fireplace and the couches and ottomans can be rearranged as needed. Photoshoots and Video: The space is perfect for natural light photography or videography. Furniture can be arranged as needed, but please return furniture and decor to its original configurations before you leave. Events: The space is attuned to intimate events, personal get-togethers, as well as larger gatherings. Please no ragers. This is a fairly quiet neighborhood. The driveway can fit up to two cars, street parking is also available.

Loree's place was perfect to celebrate my daughter's birthday. She was kind enough to let me tour the space before the event to visualize where the decorations would go. On the day itself the space was clean. Loree had all the details on how to use the amenities listed down for us which made finding things super easy. We had a great time celebrating my daughter's birthday at her place.

The space exceed our expectations! The photos don't do it justice. the decor, art and layout was perfect for our girls afternoon. there were 9 of us and we had plenty of room for seating both outside and inside. Loree and her husband were very responsive throughout the entire process. This space is extremely versatile for just about any function. I very much will book again and highly recommend it to anyone!!

This spacious modern home is a dream location for photos or video shoots. What you see is what you get. The photos on Peerspace are exactly what we encountered. Literally exactly! Like it felt as though they took the pictures on Peerspace the day before we arrived! Down to the blankets on the couches, it was refreshing to have the space live up to the pictures shown. Super clean, bright, and as advertised! Loved working here. The host, Loree, was super responsive and accommodating. Could not have been more cooperative or organized in helping us with this location. We did a video shoot with several actors and everything went as smooth as possible with the location. Excellent space, easy access, what you see is what you get. No asterisks, unknowns, or gotchas! Book with confidence.

We were lucky to find Loree’s home for our small wedding. Loree was very kind and helpful. She allowed us to come over before the event to have an idea of the space, and she even gave us ideas on how to setup. Her place was perfect for the event and was clean and spacious. There is a gorgeous view from the rooftop deck that is great for a toast or taking pictures. Her beautiful home really is breathtaking, and is ideal for parties or receptions. It was a pleasure getting to meet Loree, and I highly recommend booking her space!

I rented this space for my graduation party and it was the best. The owner was sweet, friendly and understanding. Everything was clean and organized. Didn't have hard time accessing the amenities. I just love it and would 100% recommend. Parking was amazing as well.
