COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We clean the entire property before and after bookings to a high level.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This is a mid terrace on three levels, and a former drovers pub. Every room is modern but features original stone and wood elements of the house. The outside rear has a flagged area and a higher decked area overlooking rural countryside. The fields Infront and behind often have sheep or cows.

General Rules

Outside catering is allowed. We will not be able to allow animals in the property. No dogs, cats, especially. We ask that anything affecting neighbours is discussed with us before contacting.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We have a motion camera we can provide on request and this can be set up to record any area.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
