Security cameras and recording devices

The studio is protected by SimpliSafe smart security. The security camera is on when the space is secured and not in use. The security camera is off when the studio is being used - this camera is in the corner below and to the right of the T.V. screen. There is also a camera directly beneath the T.V. screen, which is off unless a device is connected and operating with it, such as a laptop on Zoom.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We regularly sanitize surfaces and floors with FDA-approved, non-toxic, COVID-killing disinfectant.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

Booked for my birthday yoga party. The space was very clean and the free parking and proximity to the light rail was great. Communication between every employee was superb. My only note is that the space can probably take 50 standing/sitting. We had 17 for yoga and it was a tight squeeze (and unintentionally made it hot yoga 😂) All in all, it was a great celebration. If any of my friends wanted me to throw a bday yoga party, I'd use this space again.
