The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

My home has a lot of natural light and it is very spacious. It would work well for small gatherings, such as meetings or team building exercises; video shoots, movies and/or short films, showers, group meals, etc. Entire Home (excluding basement and host suite) Two Private Bedrooms with 1 shared bath and 2 powder rooms. Full bath is located in the hallway on the second floor. One powder room is also located between both bedrooms at the top of the second-floor stairwell. The stairwell, with an 100 year-old original banister, is located in the center of the home. Living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard with privacy fence, two powder rooms, 1 full bathroom. Living Room Library & Entertainment: Ornate bookshelves filled with books and trinkets. Outdoor space: outdoor furnisher (depending on the season - outdoor cushions may be removed from the outdoor furniture to preserve their condition), fire pit, outdoor rug, privacy fence. We are in THE HEART OF THE CITY so if you are looking for an absolute quiet place for your booking, unfortunately the home isn’t a good fit for you. It’s not common to be noisy, however given the time of your booking noise volumes may vary.

Security cameras and recording devices

There is an outdoor security camera and doorbell camera in the front of the home. There is also a security camera in the back of the home overseeing the backyard/patio. There is an indoor camera in the hosts private space. All cameras will remain on during the booking.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
