This space is set to feel like a community living room. It is perfect for small events, co-working space, or media studio. The front end has a living room set with small table and bar cart. There is a bar with stools in the middle of the space and a large community table in the back. The space is currently set to accommodate a gathering of 40 people. With historic exposed brick, and shiplap walls, it is a beautiful space with great visual interest.
