All areas are cleaned after each booking. Access to hand sanitizer is provided. The space utilizes central air with state of the art air cleaning.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

A contemporary space located in bright Sayreville, NJ. Located right off of the Garden State Parkway and Routes 9 | 35, it is no more than a 30 minute drive from NYC to rent an affordable space. A roughly 25x13 = 325 sq ft open concept 1st floor large living room with 75 inch Smart TV, ideal for podcasts, photo shoots, video conferences, video shoots and so much more. Additional use of a semi open dining room space roughly 11 x13 = 143 sq ft; great for brainstorming sessions and meetings. 13x10 = 130 sq ft updated kitchen space great for any prep or cooking videos. Also includes a bonus room 18x11 = 198 sq ft for storage and team members. Access to Powder room included in use of space and is easily accessible from all space.

Parking description

Access can be granted to a 2 car driveway. There is ample street parking.

General Rules

While we are very amicable, we do not allow smoking of any kind in the residence. Outside catering is allowed. No excessively loud music. 2nd floor space is restricted. Must ensure all large waste is bagged and placed in the garbage bin on the side of the residence. Furniture if moved must be returned to its original location. Space must be moderately clean and organized. Sanitizing, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping will be done by the host.

Security cameras are located on the exterior of the residence only.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
