All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space
We are excited to offer an Industrial Warehouse located in the heart of Downtown Louisville, KY. It features industrial architecture, rich with grit, texture & a lot of character! This space was designed from the ground up by filmmakers, with the creator in mind. Every aspect of this property is shootable. Our spacious 5,000 sf warehouse can accommodate any type / size shoot or production. Our parking lot can hold 4 cars in front of the building, Additional parking in back lot can hold hold 20 cars.
Please read local street signs for parking restrictions. We are not responsible for any parking tickets / towing / or issues for negligence.
General Rules
• Your booking time is when you will be given access inside. Do not arrive or pull into our lot any sooner than 15min before your booking time. If your booking starts at 10:00am — do no arrive ANY EARLIER than 9:45am — our site rep arrives at the time of your booking. Do not arrive earlier than your time expecting to start setting up and shoot. If you need more time, book more time
• Make sure your head count is accurate when you book. If you sent a booking request with 5ppl — and show up with 25ppl
You will be charged more per hour. For reference this is the price breakdown per hour:
1-9 people — $0 no extra fee
10-14 people = $25 extra per hour
15-19 people = $50 extra per hour
20-24 people = $100 extra per hour
• No smoking inside our warehouse (this includes weed and cigarettes) — if you want to smoke we have a $100 additional fee to waive this rule
• No smoking or drinking outside of our warehouse — Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $150 fee
• You are responsible for leaving the space as you found it! That means taking out all trash / putting back all props if any were moved or using in other spaces. The $100 cleaning fee on the listing is simply our site rep fee that goes to our site rep who will be there on the day of the booking. Do not think that by paying the $100 cleaning fee that this excuses you from obeying this rule
• ABSOLUTELY NO SHOOTING outside of our warehouse. NO EXTERIOR / STREET SHOTS. If you need to get those shots go somewhere else. By renting our space you are renting the inside of our warehouse... that’s it! We strictly enforce this rule, if we find you are trying to shoot in our lot or on the street directly in front of our location we will immediately cancel your booking with no refund in addition to an instant non-negotiable $150 fee
• No Loitering in the exterior parking lot. Other than initial gear load in / there should be no cast or crew in the parking lot for any reason — Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $100 fee
• No Guns or live weapons of any kind, (prop guns are allowed if first shown to our site rep) — Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee
• No Pyro of any kind --- $250 additional fee to waive this rule
• We allow music playback -- but at a respectable level. NO EXCESSIVELY LOUD MUSIC
• Your rental is based hourly. must be be within your allotted time. Ex: An 8hr booking from 12pm - 8pm / You must be wrapped and off the property by 8pm to avoid being billed an extra hour
• NO pornography of any kind
• Haze & Smoke Machines are allowed
• We are not responsible for any lost / stolen / damaged equipment during your booking
• The property must be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production
• We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes photo(s) of whatever shoot is happening on our property, for the promotion of our location
