This charming, chic 1-bedroom apartment with full kitchen, an open living/dining room, and long private balcony is a peaceful getaway, steps away from the local restaurants and shops of Larkspur and situated at the foothills of Mt. Tam. It's a cozy, bright space with great airflow direct from the front kitchen door to the back patio. The living room has a TV, Sonos, and Xbox that works well for photoshoots of family and friends gathering for watching shows or playing games. You enter in from the kitchen and walk into the living/dining room. The bedroom is spacious with a large closet.
