About the Space
This space is ideal for photography portrait work, headshot sessions, client meeting and IPS or just testing out new photography techniques. It has an open floor plan with spaces sightly defined for meetings and shooting. There is enough space in the shooting area for 4-5 12' backdrops depending on how you want to set up. Ceilings are more than 14' high with stunning beams and the back of the space has a gorgeous original brick wall with block windows for natural light. Access to studio is from 9am-6pm daily. Liability Insurance is required by renter. Large one car garage door is available to use when bringing in larger items. Hair and Makeup are available to use as well. Studio photos shown with sets so you can get a feel for the size. Sets are not available. Creative is responsible for creating their own sets unless studio adds them in add ons. Also Liability insurance is needed to rent this space.

I had the best experience with Latrice and her studio. The studio is very spacious and super clean. Latrice was great and fast with communication which means a lot to me when trying to coordinate everything between the studio and the client. I'd definitely book it again!
