About the Space
Our lux-styled all black interior projects a sophisticated and moody vibe. The 2 story windows flood the space with natural light! This lofted apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. There is a large open living room that has a 1/2 bath and kitchen off of it. The large 2 story windows are in the living room along with lots of exposed brick! The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms is lofted over the living room. Perfect space for photoshoots and production. Also great for clubs and groups to meet.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has additional space outdoors
