Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Bookings are booked 60-90 minutes apart to allow for deep cleaning between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

Our modern flex space is one of the most design worthy spaces you will find in Brooklyn. Suitable for meetings, events, workshops, classes, photo shoots, game nights, small dinners and intimate gatherings of up to 30 people. Equipped with a bathroom, patio (60 people max) and a slew of amenities, look no further to wow your guests/team or allow our walls to be the backdrop to your next branded or lifestyle shoot. There are 2 massive 4 foot windows in the space as well as the entry door which are glass and are all street level letting in tons of light. There are blockout curtain on the side of each to cover the light if need be.

The space IS soundproofed but is also on a busy street. You may hear slight driving noises if the space is silent.
