Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

This is a private home and after each Peerspace rental a professional cleaning crew throughly cleans the space.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This new remodeled mid-century home, completed in1964, offers a place of true beauty and inspiration for photoshoots and video content. A crisp emerald horizon colors nearly every room. With multiple oversized skylights, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors there is ample natural light throughout the space. A open floor plan allows for a dynamic flow for a crew to work and move comfortably throughout the space. A generous patio off the back of the residence and an additional 1000 sq foot is space that infinities off a bluff over the ocean that gives a floating effect. Sights of Catalina and San Clemente Islands, SanClemente Pier, breathtaking sunsets, etched coastline and the immense sound of waves crashing directly below. A beautiful space to create.
