About the Space
This room can be used for workspace, small meetings, photo shoots, etc. The room is well lit with morning and early afternoon sun. Well lit with two lamps for evening use. You may request the room with table and chairs, futon, or empty, just let me know your preferences. Access to the restroom and kitchen. If you have any addition requests, please feel free to ask and I will do my best to accommodate. If needed cleaning supplies, gloves, and masks provided.

Health and Safety Measures
The space will be cleaned and disinfected before and right after each booking. If you have additional cleaning protocol request please let me know.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
