About the Space

This PB Pool House is sure to be your new unforgettable beach retreat. Located on iconic Beryl Street with the most incredible views of San Diego beaches and skyline. Catch an amazing sunset and starry night out on the large patio and pool deck. This space is filled with designer and luxury style leaving you feeling truly inspired. Enjoy the San Diego sun out by the pool. You're less than a mile to the beach and just a short drive to all the best attractions, restaurants, and fun spots in PB and SD.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors

No, I would not book again.

Dan & Britt were incredibly gracious and responsive. The space needed some attention from scuffs on the walls, a deep cleaning, but over all worked great. The natural light and multitude of looks we were able to get was fantastic. I'd like to see this space either used strictly as an AirBnB or dialed in further for PeerSpace. In the end Dan and Brit were amazing and appreciate their hospitality.
