This magical property is located in Central Malibu near Pepperdine 1400' above sea level here in Malibu. With sweeping views of the pacific ocean, canyon hillsides and eclectic vignettes throughout the landscape. We offer a completely RAW, Private "Land SPACE" full of dynamic energy, beauty and fresh air. The property is a blank canvas ready for your next event to be envisioned, created and enjoyed. We are able to host up to 100 bodies for an event including staff. We offer a 100% natural environment. We look forward to hosting your next event. Nothing is out of the question.... - Franco

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Franco was an excellent host! The space was beautiful, had multiple use areas, and all communication was thorough. Would definitely book again and I highly recommend the space!

The Lookout ranch is a secret gem! This is Raw Malibu at its finest. The Location setups were spectacular and Franco was the best host any production could ask for. He had his staff on hand for any issues that arose and was constantly checking in to see how we were during a very long and involved photoshoot. Highly recommend Franco and the Lookout Ranch hands down!
