Private entry feels like a single-family home. Our space is filled with natural light and beautiful woodwork and hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen presents a large island easy for capturing shots from multiple angles and leads out onto another private deck space. The living room and dining room are light and airy with custom woodwork, a custom-built bookcase surround, and a gas fireplace. Light-filled with skylights, unique architecture and access to a private deck which overlooks our landscaped oasis in the city with mature trees surrounding it. You will access the unit by lockbox located on the side gate to the East of the building. Parking is permitted from 6 pm to 6 am daily. It is readily available and you can almost always find a spot in front. We provide one permit per day. There are Divvy bike stations within walking distance. This is a fun way to explore the neighborhood and city in the summer months. We are several blocks away from 2 train lines and several public bus lines. Conveniently located steps to Southport for guests to enjoy fabulous restaurants and unique shops. We are located a short walk to Wrigley Field and Gallagher Way and about 1 mile to Lincoln Park and Lake Michigan. There are 3 grocery stores within walking distance to stock up and cook in our fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Public transportation is both close and easy.
