Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Cleaning fees is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guest tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file. A walk-through is required before an after all bookings. Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Beautiful over large home that sits on 2 acres of land that has functionalities for yard games Cooking/Catering, Movie Projectors, Karaoke, Stage Space, Dancefloor, Separate Smoking Section, Bluetooth ready speakers in four locations, 150 inch movie screen with projector plus on the rooftop deck, 1 nice gazebo, An outdoor fire pit and a propane heater. This unique space can be used for Various of activities! Pool room area with games. A red room of checkers for any photo shoots or video shoots and or production. Any adventurous outside activity or gatherings. Sky rise rooftop with Lit up lights, screen projector an additional lounge room. Backyard Barn for farm captures. Note: please take in consideration that the “rooftop with lights” and with the additional lounge room will be as an “add-on” and will not be included with the original space. Thank you

General Rules

Outside catering is allowed. No smoking inside the building. (There will be designated smoking areas). If you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns, please contact us through the message center to discuss details, pricing and availability. Please include the following *total number of crew and talent, *desired dates, *exact hours you will need from (9am- 12am) including loading-in/load-out, set up and teardown. Equipment and lighting Specs. Dates are available on a first book/1st serve basis and will not be held without deposit or reservation. Primary restroom space, access to back door only. Outdoor facility restrooms for additional guest must be provided (Limited people) restroom use 30 allowed.
