Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

This space offers a unique black and white styled event space for everything from small get togethers to photo and commercial shoots to corporate meetings and weddings. It's an intimate intentional space for those looking for something different with a guest list under 75. There is a large main floor area for large dinners or dancing with multiple seating and table options and an upstairs mezzanine with fake grass and birtchtree wallpaper and seating that gives a feeling of nature. Large windows overlooking the coffee shop next door and a fun lounge area finish off the upstairs loft feel.

General Rules

There is no moving of furniture, no loud music after 10pm, no smoking or vaping of any kind. This is not a party house for rent. Outside food/catering is allowed.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

I have 5 cameras going 24 hours a day to maintain safety of the space.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
