About the Space

Backyard oasis with a Mediterranean/Tropical feel. Beautiful pool with a rock waterfall and jacuzzi. Tropical plants and florals surround the landscape and the backyard is equipped with one upgraded BBQ island with mini fridge. The front tiled courtyard is gated and hidden from the street. Perfect for photoshoots and videography and any other production needs, like music video shoots, underwater photography/videography, portrait photo shoots, promotional shoots, short films, etc. High speed internet is provided at no extra cost, and ample street parking available in the neighborhood. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Great space! Super accommodating and friendly hosts. The space is so mystical and beautiful you don’t even need decorations. Everyone complemented the space. The bathroom was also super cute! Thanks for making our party memorable.

If I could give this place 100 stars, I would! The host was BEYOND accommodating, so helpful and so kind. Definitely a beautiful place and so worthy of renting. We enjoyed it so much for my son’s birthday party. Would definitely recommend and would totally book again for future events!

This place is absolutely beautiful! They have so many intricate details that really makes it stick out. The host are also just lovely. Anything we asked for they were quick to respond and help us out and accommodate us any way we could. My Fiancé was able to have the best Party and he was truly happy. I’m so glad we found this place and all our guest couldn’t stop talking about it. The only minor thing the music kept going in and out. It was fine when we were setting up before the event so I know their speakers work well. We weren’t sure if it was the Wi-Fi or what but if music is important to you I would suggest guest just bring a backup speaker like we had just in case. Even in that they were really working hard to fix whatever was going on so I appreciate that and look forward to hosting there again hopefully at night so we can enjoy all the fireplaces and lights ❤️ Best Shay’La
