Both the front and back entrances to the outdoor property require small stairs access. Please bring a ramp if you need for your equipment.

This green home is powered by Tesla Solar and Tesla Powerwalls. A great feature enabling clients the security that power will stay on even during blackouts. Many outlets can be found externally throughout the property.

Please make sure your set up and clean up times are included in the booking you paid for. • No loud music. This is our neighborhood city code's noise ordinance and unfortunately cannot be waivered. • No music with explicit/obscene lyrics allowed. • No smoking of any kind on the property. • Outdoor catering is allowed. • One Restroom available, accessed directly from the backyard. • Guests must provide Peerspace additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. • Furniture must be moved back to where you found it. • WiFi surround speakers are available to use during your event but carry no guarantees of working due to differences in phones/bluetooth equipment you might have that may not be compatible with our speaker system. Please be prepared with a backup for music if necessary. • Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. Please factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. If there is an excessive mess left behind, we will have to charge you additional cleaning fee. • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the property. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • Any damages (walls, restroom, cement, grass, grounds, furniture, etc.) and any property missing will result in additional charges being billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.

Must include but not limited to Personal Injury Liability, Independent Contractor's Liability, Contractual Liability, Products Liability, Ongoing and Completed Operations Liability and Property Damage Liability with a minimum limit of liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence/ $3,000,000 aggregate for bodily injury and property damage. Contractors conducting programs involving youth must ensure that they have Sexual Abuse and Molestation insurance with a minimum limit of liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence/ $3,000,000 aggregate, and/or that such coverage is not specifically excluded under their policy or subject to limits of less than $1,000,000 per occurrence/ $3,000,000 aggregate.

We only ask that anything that is moved be placed back where it was prior to the end of the allotted time.
