Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Perched at the end of a quaint Kirkland cul de sac, this tri-level 4 bedroom gem awaits. Modern wire railings open the lofted dining and kitchen to the formal living room below, creating a sleek contemporary vibe accentuating voluminous ceilings, gleaming hardwoods, and sunlight throughout. Parking description
I have a driveway, cul de sac, and there is additional street parking at the cross-street at end of cul de sac (on 130th). We also live one block from an elementary school, so on the weekends or summer there may be potential for extra parking in their lot.

It depends on which space will be used. Lots of natural light in many of the rooms and many of them have black-out window treatments.

Ambient noise description
We're in a cul de sac in a residential area. There is a home being built directly behind us so if an outside shoot, there's potential construction noise.

Equipment loading description
It depends on which area is being used. There is ground level walkway/fencedoor leading to the backyard, lower deck, and lower-level rec room. There are also stairs leading into front door.
Staging area is available
One of the unused bedrooms or rec room could be used. Another potential is under the lower deck if weather is good.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
If I'm working from home, then my office will be off-limits.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
Circuit breaker is in the garage.

Security cameras and recording devices
Security camera at front door and backdoor. They will be on and record video and audio.
