Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We have a licensed and trained cleaning crew that cleans our location every week, to make sure all of our guest and employees are in a safe sanitary environment.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

About the Space
Photoshoots, Art events, Videography. The layout of our location is; a 5,000 sq/ft warehouse located in Long Beach. We have a 50 ft. mural that represents our culture, Chicano. You can use anything in our warehouse to shoot, all we ask is that you do not touch anything without our consent.

We have camera's for the safety and respect of our clients and employees. We do not have recordings in our bathrooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
