About the Space

Our light and bright, single story home has everything you need for a photoshoot or small production. This newly renovated, modern farmhouse style home has 3 bedrooms (including an adorable nursery), 2 bathrooms, a large family room, a gorgeous open kitchen and a dining room nook with built-in benches. The decor is California casual with a neutral color palette, clean lines, warm details and beautiful props to make your shoot seamless. We’d love to welcome you!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Great space with nice natural light. Homeowners were very accommodating and communicated well. Parking was easy...would definitely book again!

Great host that met our last minute needs! This was a clean and decorative space, made easy for filming. There was lots of parking, and we were in-and-out with no hiccups along the way.

We had a wonderful experience shooting at Lindsey & Cameron's home. It was just as seen on the photos - clean, bright and beautifully decorated. Since our production was relatively small (12 people total), we were able to use the master bedrooms for HMU & Wardrobe while shooting in the living room & kitchen and still have two spare rooms to use for our needs. Our shoot was never disrupted, Cameron stayed in his office (one of the rooms) for the duration of the shoot and was available if we had any questions. Would highly recommend!

Photo shoot went very well. Client was so happy with the space that they want it next shoot. Lindsey and Cameron were great with communicating back on space and letting me see the space before the shoot.

This space was just what I needed. All of the rooms and spaces were very clean which is a must for a photoshoot. The open sight lines worked very well for me considering I am a Realtor and most people are attracted to open concepts. The Kitchen/Dining/Living area was the perfect size as to offer depth for photos and the feeling of being comfortable/cozy. The lighting was also perfect for me. It was bright in a comfortable sense; I didn't want to feel as if I were in a cafeteria. I cook as a hobby so I also used the open kitchen for a few cooking photos. There is ample counter space and the shelving is nicely decorated. If you are a Realtor or anything else and you need a home to be photographed in professionally and/or recreationally, I would suggest booking this home. You wont be disappointed. I'll be booking it again soon. Blessings.

Lindsey was extremely responsive. She answered all my questions and took measurements. The space appeared exactly as advertised. It was actually more stunning in person. We did a production shoot inside and interviewed cancer patients. Outside we had refreshments and lunch and activities for the kids.
