Free onsite parking, Free street parking

You get up to 12 parking spots in front of the black building. DO NOT PARK PAST THE GATES. You will be towed if anyone from your crew or cast parks inside the parking lot of the neighboring businesses. Please make a note on your call sheet and/or warn your cast/crew. Additional free parking is available on the street or in the neighborhood around the corner of the block.

Fully blacked out warehouse space. No natural light unless you open the loading dock door.

It's relatively quiet besides the occasional train that runs once in a while. We will have workers and other shoots in the building sometimes. Please let us know if you need it to be fully quiet.

Ground Floor

You can load straight through the front door or load in from the loading dock door. Easy access from the parking lot.

Lobby can be used for staging, crew and talent. We also have a talent green room for make up and wardrobe.

There is plenty of outlets and tons of power. Up to 200 amps.

•No smoking inside building unless on camera. •No alcohol. •No Guns or live weapons of any kind, (prop guns are okay if first shown to our site rep) •Hazer/fog/smoke machines: fluid MUST BE WATER BASED. Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee You may move furniture but please move it back when finished. Number of attendees should include crew, parents/guardian, agents, publicists, etc. There will be an additional charge if you have more attendees than originally booked for NOTE: there’s only 12 designated parking spaces on the side of the building. (If more is required let us know) Please let us know if you are planning on recording audio as we sometimes have simultaneous productions in the same building. • The property must be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production. • Your booking time is when you will be given access inside. Do not arrive or pull into our lot any sooner than 15min before your booking time. If you booking starts at 10:00am — do no arrive ANY EARLIER than 9:45am — our site rep arrives at the time of your booking. Do not arrive earlier than your time expecting to start setting up and shoot. If you need more time, book more time
