About the Space

The house is located in a quiet the tree-lined neighborhood, conveniently located close to transportation and highways and is within walking distance of local stores, supermarket, and restaurants. With sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests, the bedrooms are made up of queens beds, bunk bed, and single beds. The living area has an open plan layout, the kitchen has ample room with a dining area. Every room is equipped with a smart Roku HDTV. The outdoor patio is spacious and can accommodate any pre-approved functions. For Events: It is a fabulous place for groups and gatherings. We have hosted events with great success and the space is comfortable for many people to sleep. We are open-minded to all sorts of events, so we are ready to address inquiries for just about any proposal. Please share your ideas. 4 hr minimum for events. For a quote, please reach out with timing, number of people, and all other event-related details. For Film Shoots: The open layout is a director’s dream. The light is uniquely conducive to shooting interviews. The South facing windows gets bright indirect controlled light due to the position of the adjacent building. This area is the open living room space that faces a private alleyway so it is whisper quiet on set! NY State Covid Policy: It is guest’s responsibility to follow the covid protocols base on the most up-to-date regulations. NOT ALLOWED: NO glitter, confetti, balloons that have glitters inside, or anything that can splatter all over the space is not allowed. An additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged if any of the above are found in the space. HOURS: Our space is available for the duration of your booked time. Additional hours for load-in, load-out, and any other access to the space must be included in our contract. Overtime will be charged at 1.5x the standard rate unless notified & agreed. NOISE- No DJs, no loud music. (Ambience music ok). If you would like to have a DJ, please contact us for additional info. CLEAN UP- - All on-site cooking will require an additional cleaning fee of $50. You can add this under the "Add-Ons" menu - Cleaning fee includes disinfecting all surfaces: all kitchen counters, tabletops, bathroom, flooring...etc. - Cleaning fee does NOT include decoration/scrap removal: You must place any trash, food, setups/ decorations brought into the space, in garbage bags by the end of the booking and our cleaner will remove the garbage bags and clean the surfaces for you. - Furniture must be moved back to where you found it. If the room is not left in clean, professional condition, the renter will incur a fee of up to $300. TRASH- Recycle bins (Blue & Grey) should ONLY be for recycle items, see labels on the bin. The Clear Bags are ONLY for recycles. If you throw items that are non-recyclable in the Recycle Bin or in the Clear Bags, an additional trash organizing fee of $100 may occur. NO SMOKING- No smoking, no exceptions. Violation fee of $250 will be billed. DELAY OF USE FOR THE GUEST- If guests violate our space rules, and as a result, triggers a refund/ discount to the next guest, you will be responsible for any loss of income by the host. DAMAGE- Any damage made to property or furnishings which exceed the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and will be reported to Peerspace.

Yes, I would book again.

Edwin, was great to speak to, super responsive and he answered all my questions. His place was very clean, nothing was out of place or disorganized. I rented the place to host a bachelor party. I would absolutely reach out to Edwin if I need to rent a place for a few hours again.
