COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Outside of bookings the studio is a low traffic space and it's cleanliness is maintained on a regular basis.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

A fully equipped photo and video studio with multiple spaces available for shooting. A large south facing lobby with natural light, high ceilings and modern furniture and large light controlled back studio with overhead Manfrotto Pro Studio Rail System, Speedtron strobes and Arri video light kit, an accessible bathroom and kitchenette. Lots of character with natural brick walls, modern LVT grey wood textured flooring and high ceilings.

General Rules

No smoking in the building Outside catering is allowed No alcohol allowed No loud music Do not leave a large amount of garbage Do not use the building lobby or park in the building's south parking lot - this lot is reserved for residents and your vehicle will be towed.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We have interior security cameras in the studio and lobby.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
