COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We have a cleaning crew thoroughly clean the house before and after each booking using Covid-19 Health & Safety Measures.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Beautiful contemporary peaceful home tucked away atop 1 acre of the canyon. Perfect for nature photoshoots with an outdoor lounge area, cozy firepit, upper deck balcony, outdoor gazebo, fruit trees, swing, and a small creek running through the lower part of the property. Indoor spacious area with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and white walls.

Parking description

Street parking is little to none, there is on-site parking behind our gate but only up to 4 cars. We recommend carpooling or using rideshare. Big trucks may have difficulty getting to and from the site.

General Rules

-No smoking in house -No loud music after 8pm -Outside catering is allowed -No shoes inside house -Do not use sauna -Do not leave the fire pit unattended -Furniture must be moved back to where you found it -Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking -Front door must be locked upon departure from the space

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Front gate doorbell camera, and other security cameras around the outside of the house. They will be on for security purposes.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
