COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Clean after each sessions, and circulation of air

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

This space is great for individual or small groups that wants to record a podcast, have a laid back meeting, or use for content creation. Located near Tacoma Dome, and within walking distance from local shops and restaurants, its an awesome spot to create something special, and showcase your talent

General Rules

No smoking No underage drinking Guest aren't allowed to loiter after their session is done. All guests must show ID Bookings are in 2 hour increments, with 15 minute flex arrival time Session must be paid for before beginning Alcohol is allowed to be brought and consumed by guest over 21, but any excessive use or over consumption, the person will be asked to leave. I will be on-site during sessions, so i will be available for any other questions or concerns that arise.

Security Video recording cameras monitor the space, they are on 24/7

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
