There is daily housekeeping that come to the office and clean the space.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

Photographers and content creators ! Need a studio? We have full setup media studio for rent on a per hour basis. Includes lightning setup, green screen and several tripods. If you need a profesional camera because you are starting out. We can rent one as well. We have conference area, if you are looking for just virtual office space and need a place to take clients and close deal we can help as well.

General Rules

No smoking in the building No eating inside the studio Please pick up after yourself There is no cleaning fee Keep volume of music to a moderate level

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

As you come inside the office there are cameras both entry ways and a security guard onsite if you plan to stay late.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
