Space is thoroughly cleaned between sessions. Bathroom on site & bacterial wipes are I cared throughout the space.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Close to intracoastal This beautiful space can transform from a day bright look to a club lounge look. Owned by a clothing designer so everything is nicely put together. The beautiful patio in the back is a comfortable vibe with nice furniture. Located on a busy street full of art. Northwood village has lots of restaurants c& murals for photos.

General Rules

No smoking in the building. Outside catering is allowed. No alcohol after 8pm. Owner will be present entire time of shoot. No children under 12 unsupervised.

Security cameras and recording devices

Cameras are owner operated & can be turned off if needed. Lobby area, hallway, and back patio have cameras. No devices are in restroom.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
