About the Space

Our natural Light Downtown Studio is located in the Historic Castleberry Hill neighborhood. Our space has exposed brick, natural light and various pieces of furniture for use with a beautiful outside scenery. Within our building we apply a fresh, ground up approach to facilitate how today's entrepreneurial teams work and live. Our initial location is a 24,000 square foot converted historic warehouse (previously Southern Tablet and Manufacturing Company) in Atlanta's downtown arts district. ‍ Our photo studio is perfect for intimate production shoots either video or photography. INCLUDED WITH RENTAL: - High Ceilings - White Walls - Furnishing - WIFI Please NOTE during the summer the loft area gets a warm due to the natural sun light. We have provided two fans for your convenience to make it comfortable for all guest. *Unfortunately, we do not have elevator access. All guest will have to walk up a total of 12 stairs to access the studio*

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

We originally inquired of this place to record interviews, which was told to the host via prompts peer space has. She knew our intention for the rental and never advised us of being next to 2 train tracks. The trains go by every hour and one honks the horn. This place is also located next door to other businesses where people host classes; sip and make soaps, hair salons and other classes where people have fun and other businesses next door can hear it. This location is great for photography but NOT good for any kind of video filming. If the host would've advised us of these nuances, then we would've booked else where.

Yes, I would book again.

I thought that the space was great. I wish that it was clearer that most of the furniture in these pictures wasn't there and that there is a loud train nearby. The AC was also dripping. But either way, I appreciated the host's swift responses and the beauty of the space

This space is absolutely gorgeous. The light is brilliant and gave us so much inspiration for our photo shoot. The space was exactly as advertised and Adia was wonderful to work with. She was responsive and very professional. We were able to enter and leave the space easily, and it was a quiet place to work. The space is huge and wonderful for many different artistic projects.
