Decorated as an homage to Modern Farmhouse Lifestyle with warm bohemian elements included. Open concept space includes Gourmet Kitchen, Spacious Dining Room and Welcoming Living Room. A total of 750 sq feet. Perfect for photoshoots, video content, interviews, intimate gatherings, and cooking demonstrations. Please inquire about outdoor space.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Our group hosted a “Teen Friendsgiving” Event at this beautiful space! It was perfectly suited for in door & outdoor activities. Tre & Jason were extremely gracious & accommodating! We truly appreciate all that they did to make our stay warm & inviting.

The house is adorable and Tre was very communicative and helpful. My team loved both the outside and inside of the house. This was perfect for my small team retreat.
