About the Space

A beautiful craftsman bungalow located in southwest Pasadena. Centrally located and just minutes from the highway. The bungalow is a 1,235 ft 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home. From the front, you'll find a sturdy elm tree, camellias, gardenias, and azaleas. Inside the home, you'll find many original details, natural light, and hardwood floors throughout. The backyard boasts a stunning outdoor patio with cafe lights, vegetable gardens, citrus trees, a storage shed, lots of privacy, and plenty of room. We make our best effort to provide a safe environment, following CDC guidelines. The home will be cleaned and sanitized prior to productions, and hand sanitizer/soap will be provided. We welcome photo & video shoots, and are happy to accommodate other uses.

Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Lisa's home was so perfect for our short film shoot. Her home is beautifully decorated with lots of warm, natural light and she made us feel so welcomed. Lisa was also a thoughtful and responsive communicator throughout the entire process. I can't say enough about how great our experience was. I'd love to rent the space again someday.
