- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
Brand new film sets designed for filmmaking, photography, music videos, commercials and general production. Sets included are: - Large furnished mid century living room - House exterior facade & outdoor set - Grungy bedroom - Vintage office - Vibrant Bellini room (coming April 2022) - Retro Kitchen (coming May 2022) Note: This is not a real house. It's all a staged set with fake windows and no real exterior to film. Also recording audio might be tough at the moment because we are still building sets as well as other listings in the building. You may hear some construction noise. Please let us know beforehand if your recording audio (Audio Block out will an additional fee)

The location was great. Everything was very uncomplicated and friendly. The only thing was, that the location is not super clean. The floor is dusty. No problem for me but I don’t get the cleaning fee then if there is no cleaning after every shoot. But would come back again!
